A Breastfeeding necklace is a necklace worn to give your baby something to fiddle and twiddle with when Breastfeeding. Most babies try to pull your hair, scratch your skin and fiddle with something. Often known as a nursing necklace, the idea is that the necklace is very strong and made from Non-toxic beads and components.
Why can’t I use a regular necklace?
There are two main reasons why we would recommend using a nursing necklace:
1. Your baby with probably break your regular necklace – Babies have a tendency to head straight for shiny, light catching things, they can and do pull very hard and of the women we surveyed, 82% said they had to stop wearing their regular jewellery as it kept being broken.

Despite plans to be at the Baby Show for Trade this year at Earls court, we had to make the decision to let our stand go. There had been a mix up with stands, ours was re-allocated and we weren’t 100% happy with the new location.

On Thursday 23rd September my two gorgeous sons and I played host to a lovely photographer from The Sun who paid us what we thought would be a quick visit to get some photos for a feature that The Sun are doing on Mumpreneurs. I’m sure it will present no surprise to learn that both children did not want their photo taking and were all a bit shocked when our lounge became a photographic studio. My eldest son (3) decided that in response he would put up his umbrella and sit under it and make his own studio. My youngest (11 months) just wanted his dinner. Our apologies go out to Doug who tried his best and needed a cup of tea to calm him down ! ( Never work with children and animals) oh yeah, I forgot, the cat got in on the action too and kept walking across the backdrop.
